Your details, and how we look after them.

Who we are

Joey's is a catering and events kitchen in Glastonbury, Somerset, and we are the data controller for the details you send us. If you have any question about this notice, or want to see, correct or delete your details, email info@jpmag.co.uk.

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, your email address and your message. Anything else is optional: a phone number, the type of event, a date, and how many guests you are expecting.

We do not ask for, and do not want, anything more than that.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, put together a plan and a quote, and keep a record of the conversation and of any booking that follows.

We do not use your details for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we never sell them.

Where it goes

Your enquiry is stored in our own bookings system, the private app our kitchen works from, and it is emailed to our inbox so the people cooking for you see it straight away.

Our email and website hosting providers process it on our behalf. No advertisers, no data brokers, no one else.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years, so we can pick up where we left off if you come back to us, and then we delete them. If you book with us, we keep the booking details for as long as we need them for our accounts.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop using it. Email info@jpmag.co.uk and we will sort it out.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your enquiry, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. If that ever changes, this notice will be updated first.
